Page Comparison

You can compare one pipeline with another. Pipeline comparison works Pipelines across projects and project spaces. You can compare any pipeline that you have permission to view. You can also compare two versions of the same pipelinePipeline.

You must have permission to view the Pipelines that you are comparing.

Snaps in the Pipelines are compared based on:

• The type of the

  type of

  Snap

  it is

  and its neighboring Snaps.

• if

  If unmatched, then

  Snaps are

  a Snap is compared by

  its type only.

• if a

  If the Snap

  is in the source pipeline,

  exists in one Pipeline but not in the

  target

  other,

  it

  the Snap is considered deleted.

• if a Snap is in the target pipeline, but not in the source, it is considered added.
• visual position

  The visual position of the Snaps on the canvas is not relevant.

• The Label (name) of the Snap is not considered in the comparison.
