Overview

Microsoft Dynamics CRM, also known as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a data-driven business solution that enables salespeople to build strong relationships with their customers, take actions based on insights, and close sales faster.

Use Snaps in this Snap Pack to:

  • Create a record in MS Dynamics CRM
  • Update an existing record
  • Read a single record or all records from the specified category
  • Delete a record
  • Search through the existing records

Supported Versions

This Snap Pack uses SOAP APIs to connect to Microsoft Dynamics CRM instance and supports both cloud and on-premises versions. This Snap Pack is tested against v9.0.
