Overview

You can configure a new ServiceNow account in Fast Data Loader (FDL) by using the user credentials from your existing account in ServiceNow.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials and access to ServiceNow account. Contact your administrator, if you do not have access or settings details.
    For more information on the ServiceNow instance, see ServiceNow documentation.

  • Access to ServiceNow Snap Pack in SnapLogic’s Intelligence Integration Platform.

Supported Versions

The Fast Data Loader is tested against Orlando, New York, and Madrid and may be compatible with later versions.
