Enhancements

Dashboard Enhancements

• A Header was added to provide a common time range for graphs and the log history table.

• In the Pipeline Run History:

  • A column was added to show on which Snaplex a pipeline was executed.

  • You can now download the run time history.
    
    
    

• Failed pipeline runs are now shaded red.

• The Snaplex tab was updated to now visually monitor Active Pipelines, Executed Pipelines, Active Nodes, and Pipeline Distribution.

• The Snaplex Health Page was added to show you if your Snaplexes are up or down

Manager Enhancements

• You can now copy and move pipelines between projects within Manager.
  

• Message of the Day. SnapLogic can now configure important system messages to display when a user first logs in.

Designer Enhancements

• SmartLink helps simplify the mapping of data by suggesting field-to-field mapping on Transform Snaps.

  Schema must exist on both side of the Transform Snap and the pipeline must be saved for the SmartLink button to be available. SmartLink does not require the same field names in the source and target.

  
  

• Account Validation has been implemented for database Snaps.
• Pipeline Configuration Wizard.
  Now when you import a pipeline, you will be prompted for missing required fields such as file paths and accounts.

• When creating a new pipeline, you are now prompted to set the pipeline label and project.

Updated Snaps

• JSON Splitter Snap was enhanced with an Include parent option, which includes the hierarchy of the list specified by the JSON path by adding it to each document.

• Snaps like JSON Parser that have a JSON path expression now support pipeline parameter substitution in that expression.

• Execute during preview was added to the File Writer Snap.

• Excel Parser Snap property labels updated for clarity. "Skip Lines" labels replaced with Start Row and End Row.

Known Issues

• Nesting multiple instances of the same pipeline into a single pipeline is not supported at this time.
