Configuring Google Cloud Pub Sub Account

Overview

You must create a Google Cloud PubSub Account to connect to data sources that you want to use in your pipelines. You can configure your account from the SnapLogic Platform using the Designer or Manager.

Snap-Account Compatibility

The Snaps in the Google PubSub Snap Pack work with the Google PubSub Service Account per the following table:

Account encryption

Standard Encryption

If you use Standard Encryption, follow the High sensitivity settings under Enhanced Encryption.

Enhanced Encryption

If you use the Enhanced Account Encryption feature, the following describes which fields are encrypted for each sensitivity level selected for this account:

  • High: Client ID, Private Key, Private Key ID

  • Medium: Project ID, Email ID
