Admin Manager

Known Issues

• When updating a Snaplex, if an Admin changes the version on the Settings tab, and switches to the Downloads tab, the installer packages and configuration links correspond to the previous version instead of the newly selected version.
  Workaround: Refresh the browser page after changing the Snaplex version and before opening the Downloads tab. Refreshing re-queries the backend API and ensures that the correct installer packages are loaded.

AgentCreator

Enhancements

• New Azure AI Foundry API Key account for the Azure OpenAI LLM Snap Pack (multi-model access via a project endpoint). The purpose of rebranding is to extend model support beyond OpenAI.

LLM Snap Pack Updates

The following LLM Snaps are retired from Agent Creator because either they were designed for an outdated Agent pipeline pattern or their underlying APIs have been deprecated/decommissioned by the vendor.

API Management 3.0

Enhancements

• Previously, if a native endpoint (Triggered Task or Ultra Task) had no Upstream Path configured, PATH_INFO was not populated — you had to set an Upstream Path explicitly to forward path parameters. Now, when Upstream Path is empty, the API Gateway automatically resolves the full matched route path (with parameter values substituted) and passes it to the task as PATH_INFO. Upstream Path continues to work as before: when set, it takes precedence.

Fixed Issues

• In the Admin Manager API Management page, a change to the "Allow Access to APIM 3.0 Portal pages without login" configuration setting now applies to the Developer Portal on the first click of Build site.

Known Issues

• On the Classic API Manager page, an unexpected blank space is displayed to the left of the APIs & Proxies tab. The tab content does not align with the left navigation pane, causing the tab and its content to shift to the right. This does not impact functionality—you can continue to access and manage APIs and Proxies normally.

• When using the Migration Tool to migrate Classic APIM assets to APIM 3.0, a premature, truncated "Legacy apim migration" Activity Log entry may appear during destination selection — before migration is actually triggered. This entry is a false positive and doesn’t indicate a completed migration. The correct, complete log entries appear only after migration is explicitly executed.

• The legacy Asset palette is deprecated. Introduced a new look and feel for the Asset palette to align with the left-navigation experiences across the Monitor pages. Known Issues

• Connecting to GitHub Enterprise Server may result in the repositories listing successfully, but without existing branches and tags. This issue is under active investigation with GitHub support.

MCP Server

New Features

• MCP Server observability: The new MCP servers page in Monitor > AI Observability enables you to monitor MCP Server health, traffic, and tool execution across all published endpoints. It gives you fleet-wide visibility into MCP usage without instrumenting your pipelines—request data is captured automatically with no configuration. Snaplex nodes aggregate data every minute; dashboard cards summarize traffic, error rate, and P99 latency, and a per-server list with Requests and Tools detail tabs lets you drill into individual tool calls, results, and errors over a selectable time range.

• Expose pipelines as tools: A new Tool tab on pipeline properties lets you expose any pipeline as a tool that an Agent pipeline or MCP Server can invoke. This capability removes the need for a wrapper Snap and keeping the tool contract with the pipeline it describes. Enabling the toggle adds a plain-language Describe tool field (sent to the LLM to decide when to call the tool) and a Tool inputs panel for defining the parameters the LLM supplies, using $paramName notation authored via a guided form or a JSON schema editor.

• The new MCP Token Exchange rule exchanges a caller's inbound user token for a tool-specific downstream token using RFC 8693 OAuth 2.0 Token Exchange, letting each MCP Server tool authenticate to its backend with a narrowly scoped credential, instead of forwarding a broad-scoped token or embedding credential-swapping logic per pipeline. On each tool call, the rule obtains a token scoped to that tool's target audience and injects it into a configurable header (the default is X-SL-Exchanged-Token). It supports Impersonation and Delegation modes and runs on tools/call requests after the MCP OAuth2 JWT Validator rule.

• Asset Search now includes MCP Servers as a searchable asset type. Search results exclude internal MCP_task_ jobs. To add pre-existing MCP Servers to the index, disable and then re-enable each server.

• SnapGPT usage: You can now track how your organization adopts and uses SnapGPT from a dedicated SnapGPT usage page in Monitor. From this page, you can:

  • Adoption: View at a glance how many developers are actively using SnapGPT today, this week, and this month, and use the stickiness ratio to tell whether SnapGPT is becoming a daily habit or is only tried occasionally. A trend chart lets you measure whether your enablement efforts are driving growth over a 7, 30, or 90-day window.

  • Engagement: Understand how intensely your team uses SnapGPT with total prompts run, prompts per user per day, and a daily trend chart. The Top 10 Users table helps you identify your power users, the champions who can evangelize SnapGPT across your organization.

  • Usage by action: Find out which SnapGPT skills your developers rely on and which remain undiscovered, so you can target training where it matters most. The chart breaks down prompt volume by skill type (Generate Pipeline, Ask AI, Refine Pipeline, and others), and new skill types appear automatically as they are logged. Learn more.

• Asset catalog:

  • The Asset catalog is now enabled by default for all Environments. Previously, the Asset catalog required a separate subscription enablement. Now, all users can access the Asset catalog.

  • The Asset catalog now displays a summary row at the bottom of the table, providing at-a-glance operational metrics for numeric columns matching the active filter. You can now select predefined time ranges (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) or a custom time range to view the execution metrics. Learn more.

• Added a Node usage tab in the Insights page—a new view that enables Environment admins to view their current node usage compared to their subscribed entitlement. • The Snaplex notification dialog from the former Classic Manager settings page is deprecated. All Snaplex-related notifications should now be configured and managed with the Notification Center in Monitor. Learn more.

Behavior change

The Asset Catalog now manages account-to-pipeline associations according to the following rules:

• Configuration-based association: If an account is configured in a pipeline, the association is added or removed on the next sync — provided no execution using that account exists.

• Execution-based retention (30-day rule): If a pipeline execution has used a specific account, the association is retained for 30 days after any configuration change.

Known Issues

• In the Monitor API metrics page, the pagination controls incorrectly display the total item count as equal to the "Rows per page" selection (25, 50, or 100) and always show "page 1 of 1," regardless of the actual number of request records. You can't navigate beyond the first page of results.

Fixed Issues

• Fixed a timeout issue in the Asset Search tab in Project Manager. The tab no longer auto-queries on open; apply filters or enter search terms before results load.

Snaplexes

Known Issues

Certain pipeline validations and manual executions intermittently fail during the preparation phase (before the pipeline runs). This issue primarily affects larger pipelines — for example, pipelines with roughly 500 slots or with multiple child pipelines — because they transfer a large payload during preparation. When it occurs, you might see runtime errors such as:

• Failed to validate: ('Connection aborted.', 'ConnectionResetError(104, 'Connection reset by peer')' )

• Unable to contact CC to start runtime

Workaround: In the parent pipeline, for every Pipeline Execute Snap:

1. Enable the expression toggle (=) on the Pipeline property.                                                    

2. Enter the child pipeline name as a quoted string — for example, “Child_Pipeline_Name".
