Email Reader did not support Office 365 shared mailbox until we explicitly disabled plaintext authentication when we specify ssl authentication. The Office server falsely reports that it supports PLAIN authentication and the snap library is happy to try it but it always fails. This is a known issue with Office 365 / Outlook.
