Overview

You must configure SnapLogic Account to connect to the your Coupa account . In a typical scenario, a Coupa account is created by an administrator, you must contact them to retrieve the account settings parameters that are required to configure a Coupa account in SnapLogic. instance. Otherwise, you will not be able to use the Coupa Snap pack. If you do not have a Coupa account, reach out to your administrator.

Creating

Coupa

a Coupa Account

You can configure your Coupa account in the SnapLogic UI by either using in SnapLogic by using either the Designer or Manager.

Using SnapLogic Designer

  1. Drag any Coupa Snap to the Canvas.Click Canvas and click the Snap to open the Snap's settings.
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. Click Add Account, select the account type, and enter the required Coupa account details. See Account Settings for details.
  4. Optionally, enter additional information on this related to this account in the Notes field of the Info tab.
  5. Click Validate to verify the account information. 
  6. Click Apply to complete configuring save and apply the Coupa account to the Pipeline.

Using SnapLogic Manager

  1. Navigate to the project and click Create > Coupa, followed by the appropriate account type.
  2. In Settings, enter the required Coupa account details. See Account Settings for details.
  3. Optionally, enter additional information on this related to this account in the Notes field of the Info tab.
  4. Click Validate to verify the account information. 
  5. Click Apply to complete configuring save and apply the Coupa account to the Pipeline.
Warning

You should avoid updating the account credentials while Pipelines using that account are executing. This may lead to unexpected results, including locking your Coupa account.

  • API keys are case-sensitive.
  • Only an admin can administrator can create/edit API keys. If you are not an admin then administrator, contact your Coupa admin to retrieve administrator for the API keys. See API Key Security for details.
