You can view the details of a tasks run history by hovering over the Task name until the drop-down menu arrow appears, then selecting Details.

The Details page provides the following information:

  • Project.
  • Number of runs.
  • Task owner.
  • Next scheduled run time.
  • Task Description (if provided).
  • Run policy (Whether it is a Scheduled, Triggered, or Ultra Task. If Scheduled, the date and repetition details display).
  • Cloud URL for Triggered Tasks.
  • HTTP Header for Ultra Tasks.
  • HTTP Endpoints for Ultra Tasks.
  • Debug Traces.
  • Execution status.
    • Task Status.
    • Create Time.
    • Details. Click the Details link to see the specific details for that run, including username, Snaplex, Runtime ID (RUUID), and run status. Clicking the Pipeline RUUID opens that Pipeline in Designer.
  • Download the CA certificate for your SnapLogic organization.

Examples:

  • Scheduled Task
  • Triggered Task

Alternately, you can click Activity Log to see when the Task is created or modified.

Since the Pipelines executed by Tasks are run in an unattended mode, you can receive notifications of activity by specifying a comma-separated list of email addresses.

If you are on the Tasks page under a project, the list displays the type of Task in the Run Policy column. On the project-level page, this column is not available.
