To facilitate seamless and reliable inbound/outbound communication between your applications/systems and the SnapLogic Platform comprising Cloudplex, Groundplex, Control Plane, FeedMaster, SnapLogic UI/API, and Ultra Tasks, we need you to add the given IP addresses in your network.
SnapLogic Platform uses a High Availability (HA) configuration with support for Disaster Recovery (DR) failover. This requires you to add multiple IP addresses to your allowlist.
Additionally, consider the following guidelines:
Ensure that your AWS (Amazon Web Services) S3 instance is accessible for SnapLogic SLFS (SnapLogic File System) files and enables you to download the SnapLogic WAR files. To allow access to S3, the IP address range is 52.216.0.0/15 per the official AWS documentation.
We strongly recommend that you enable S3 access on JCC (data processing) nodes and FeedMaster nodes.
For Cloudplex IP addresses outside the US region, you can use either the Snaplex Monitoring API request for REST clients or the Health tab in SnapLogic Dashboard (see the following image) to retrieve the external IP address.
Update your IP allowlist to include all the IP addresses in the following tables per your requirement.
Inbound traffic to SnapLogic Platform
Customers need to add the given IP addresses to the allowlist only if their network restricts outbound traffic.

Your Cloudplex instances
Customers need to add the following IP addresses to their allowlist on the required endpoints to enable outbound requests from SnapLogic Cloudplex instances. Here is an example of how to add IP addresses on AWS Redshift.

Cloudflare integration
The SnapLogic platform is going live with Cloudflare on , wherein the SnapLogic URL will automatically redirect to the given Cloudflare CDN addresses. This will enhance SnapLogic Platform’s response time, security, and performance. Only customers who restrict outbound IP addresses to a pre-identified list of IP addresses must extend their allowlist to add all the given IP addresses to ensure continued access to the SnapLogic platform.
You can verify the need to extend your allowlist by successfully launching the CDN domains mentioned below. For more information contact support@snaplogic.com.
We recommend you to check Cloudflare’s latest IP ranges to ensure that you get the most recent IP addresses, since they update the same without notice.
