Installing a Groundplex in Your Installation Environment

Overview

You can install a Groundplex in the following environments:

After you create the Snaplex, you can download the installation files from the Downloads tab.

Downloading Snaplex Package Files 

You can download the Snaplex files required for installing and configuring a standard Groundplex anytime by opening the Create/Update Snaplex dialog. 

  1. In SnapLogic Manager, do one of the following:

    1. Navigate to the Project or the global shared folder containing an existing Snaplex, then click on the target Snaplex. The Update Snaplex dialog appears.
      OR

    2. Navigate to a Project folder or the global shared folder, then click (blue star) and select Snaplex. The Create Snaplex dialog appears.

  2. Click the Downloads tab, then click (blue star) to copy, or click to download, to obtain the following files:

    • 4.22 GA Linux/RPM: Software image for RedHat-based Linux OS.4.22 GA 

    • Linux/DEB: Software image for Debian-based Linux OS.4.22 GA 

    • Windows/ZIP: Software image for Windows OS.

    • Docker Image: Software image (not downloadable) for Docker deployments.

    • Configuration: The configuration file (.slpropz) for a Snaplex. The URL associated with the .slpropz download is only available for an hour.

  3. Use the appropriate package for your OS to install the SnapLogic software for your Groundplex and the Configuration file to change the configuration of the Snaplex.

If you need to increase the time, use the public API for making the URL available to users.
