Exporting pipelines lets you move them between systems.
Step-by-step guide
To export a pipeline:
- Open the desired pipeline in Designer.
- Click the Export Pipeline button on the toolbar.
- Account information is not exported.
- If you are subscribed to the Lifecycle Management feature, you can only perform this action in a development phase.
You can also open any pipeline from the Pipeline Execution History in the Dashboard and export it. Export works for both current and past runs. If you change a pipeline between runs, the pipeline you export matches the configuration of the pipeline at the time the run occurred. This feature is useful for informally archiving pipeline changes.
