In the API Management feature, permissions are based on same model for other assets in the platform. Only the Org Admin and Owner can edit the permissions. Users and Groups are created in Manager.
Permissions can apply to both users and groups.
- User: The email of the user
- Group: <Ground_Name>(Group)
