Overview

You can use this account type to connect AS2 Snaps with data sources that use a PFX account. A Personal Information Exchange (.pfx) file is a certificate in PKCS#12 format. It contains the SSL certificate (public keys) and the corresponding private keys with optional password protection.

Account Settings

  • Asterisk ( * ): Indicates a mandatory field.

  • Suggestion icon ( (blue star) ): Indicates a list that is dynamically populated based on the configuration.

  • Expression icon ( (blue star) ): Indicates the value is an expression (if enabled) or a static value (if disabled). Learn more about Using Expressions in SnapLogic.

  • Add icon ( (blue star) ): Indicates that you can add fields in the field set.

  • Remove icon ( (blue star) ): Indicates that you can remove fields from the field set.

Specify the relative path of the PFX file in the SLDB. You can upload the certificate to the SLDB by clicking (blue star). PFX (Personal Information Exchange) certificates are used to secure data transfer in various protocols, including AS2.
