An Org admin enables Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and the user must complete the setup.

To set up MFA after an Org admin enables it for your account:

  1. SnapLogic sends you an email with instructions to reset your password.

  2. Click Reset password and enter your new password. After the reset, you receive a second email:

  3. If you do not already have an authenticator, download one.

  4. Return to the email and click Set up multi-factor authentication.

  5. A screen opens with a QR code:

  6. Scan the QR code and enter the one-time code provided by the authenticator. The following screen opens with a recovery code:

  7. Copy the code and save it in a private location.

  8. Check the box to indicate that you saved the code.

  9. Click Continue. A success message opens:

  10. Return to the SnapLogic login screen and enter your user name and password. The screen provides a link to log in using multi-factor authentication:

  11. Click multi-factor authentication login.

  12. Log in with your user name and password.

  13. Enter your MFA one-time code to log in.
