Auto-scaling in Kubernetes causes running pipelines to fail after a node is placed in maintenance mode.
If the Enable cloud URL option is disabled for a project, task details linked to the project's pipelines does not show the cloud URL. The Execute and Copy clipboard buttons remain visible, but clicking Execute redirects you to a page with a message (\n\n\n) instead of executing the task.
