Error handling is a generic way to handle errors without losing data or failing the Snap execution. You can handle the errors that the Snap might encounter when running the Pipeline by choosing one of the following options from the When errors occur list under the Views tab. The available options are:

  • Stop Pipeline Execution: Stops the current pipeline execution when the Snap encounters an error.

  • Discard Error Data and Continue: Ignores the error, discards that record, and continues with the remaining records.

  • Route Error Data to Error View: Routes the error data to an error view without stopping the Snap execution.

Edit CSV*

Click the button to launch the CSV editor to define a CSV document. The editor loads an existing CSV document if you have defined it earlier. You can save the CSV file in SnapLogic's file system or import an existing CSV document from it. Learn more about editing CSV document.

Ensure that the CSV document header contains non-empty values for all columns.

You can customize the CSV:

  • To generate static content that produces one output document.

  • To set variables in the CSV that can be substituted with document values from the input view of the Snap.
