Thr Asset Search page lets you search for assets in any project or Project Space to which you have access. Click Manager > Settings > Asset Search to display the Asset Search.
The assets you can search for are:
- Pipelines
- Tasks
- Snaplexes
- Files
- Accounts
- Snap Packs
Enter your search terms in the Search field and click Go. The type of search performed is a STEM Search, meaning it splits the name of the asset on punctuation, numbers and case, matching complete words or tokens. It does not match on partial word searches. To yield more exact search results, place your search terms in double-quotation marks.
The Asset Search has a few minutes delay in showing new entries because the large number of Snaps and a variable amount of Pipelines. Your search may take up to a few minutes. You can restrict your search to a certain project or last updated within a specific time range. Your results can be filtered to a specific asset type by clicking on the appropriate button.
Each asset entry Name label has a context menu that lets you view the object, navigate to it in the asset list, and see its event log or download it (if applicable).
At the bottom of the page, you can:
- Configure the number of results per page.
- Go forward and back through pages of results or go to a specific page.
