Creating a Coupa Account

You can configure your Coupa account in SnapLogic by using either the Designer or Manager.

Using SnapLogic Designer

  1. Drag any Coupa Snap to the Canvas and click the Snap to open the Snap's settings.
  2. Click the Account tab.
  3. Click Add Account, select the account type, and enter the required Coupa account details. See Account Settings for details.
  4. Optionally, enter additional information related to this account in the Notes field of the Info tab.
  5. Click Apply to save and apply the Coupa account to the Pipeline.

Using SnapLogic Manager

  1. Navigate to the project and click Create > Coupa, followed by the appropriate account type.
  2. In Settings, enter the required Coupa account details. See Account Settings for details.
  3. Optionally, enter additional information related to this account in the Notes field of the Info tab.
  4. Click Apply to save and apply the Coupa account to the Pipeline.

You should avoid updating the account credentials while Pipelines using that account are executing. This may lead to unexpected results, including locking your Coupa account.
