Description

Input

Document

  • Min: 0

  • Max: 1

  • S3 File Writer

This Snap has, at most, one document input view. Each document contains data in the form of JSON.

Output

Document

  • Min: 1

  • Max: 1

  • MDN Parser

  • Mapper

This Snap has, at most, one document output view. Each document contains a corresponding response in the form of JSON.

Error

Error handling is a generic way to handle errors without losing data or failing the Snap execution. You can handle the errors that the Snap might encounter when running the pipeline by choosing one of the following options from the When errors occur list under the Views tab:

  • Stop pipeline Execution: Stops the current pipeline execution if the Snap encounters an error.

  • Discard Error Data and Continue: Ignores the error, discards that record, and continues with the remaining records.

  • Route Error Data to Error View: Routes the error data to an error view without stopping the Snap execution.

Field Name

Field Type

Description

Label*

Default Value: AS2 Receiver
ExampleAS2 Receiver Snap

String

The name for the Snap. You can modify this to be more specific, especially if you have more than one of the same Snap in your pipeline.

Decrypt

Default Valuedeselected

Checkbox

Select this checkbox to enable the decryption of the data.

Verify

Default Valuedeselected

Checkbox

Select this checkbox to Verify the digital signing of the data.

Certificate

Default Value: N/A
Example$853764$Certificate of Insurance - 6.cert

String/Expression

Specify the relative path of the X.509 certificate in the SLDB. You can upload the certificate to the SLDB by clicking (blue star). An X.509 certificate is a standard format for public key certificates that securely associates cryptographic key pairs with identities such as websites, individuals, or organizations.

The X.509 certificate should be in any one of the following formats:

  • cert: The certificate file is a public-key certificate following the x. 509 standard.

  • pem: pem file is a container format that may include the public certificate or the entire certificate chain (private key, public key, root certificates):

  • crt: The certificates may be encoded as binary DER or ASCII PEM.

AS2 Headers*

Default Value: N/A
Example: As2_To

String/Expression

Specify the AS2 headers. AS2 headers refer to the additional headers used in AS2 messages to provide specific information and control message transmission behavior. The headers are included within the HTTP message structure of an AS2 message, along with the MIME format and other AS2-specific components.

For example, Pass As2 Headers (As2_To, AS2_From, Disposition-NotificationOptions, Message-Id) in JSON format

Message/Payload*

Default Value: N/A
Example<h1>Welcome to the channel</h1>

String/Expression

Specify the message or data, or Payload to decrypt and verify.

Headers

Default Valuedeselected

Checkbox

Select this checkbox if you want the Snap to write S/MIME-generated headers to the output. The SMIME-generated headers are encrypted and secured using the S/MIME protocol.

Snap Execution

Default Value
Example: Validate & Execute

Dropdown list

Select one of the following three modes in which the Snap executes:

  • Validate & Execute: Performs limited execution of the Snap and generates a data preview during pipeline validation. Subsequently, it performs complete execution of the Snap (unlimited records) during pipeline runtime.

  • Execute only: Performs full execution of the Snap during pipeline execution without generating preview data.

  • Disabled: Disables the Snap and all Snaps that are downstream from it.
