Overview
You can use this Snap to execute the transfer ownership operation in the Teamcenter software for specified items. An item is a unique object in the Teamcenter software. Item and ItemRevision are the fundamental data objects used to manage information in the Teamcenter software.
Snap Type
The PLM TC Change Ownership Snap is a write-type Snap that changes the ownership of the required items in the Teamcenter software.
Prerequisites
Valid client ID.
A valid account with the required permissions.
A valid item in the Teamcenter software.

Troubleshooting

Unable to start the embedded Teamcenter Adapter. | The PLM TC requires SOA API Libraries. The required SOA API Libraries are unavailable in the JCC (Java Command Center) environment. | Copy the required API library files to the %SL_ROOT%/teamcenter_lib directory. Then, ensure they are added to SL_CLASSPATH. Verify the correct library setup. |
Communication failure with the PLM TC Snap. The host cannot be connected. | The configured hostname cannot be resolved to an IP address. |

The connection failed when connecting to the Teamcenter software. | Communication with the Teamcenter Webtier cannot be established because of firewall settings or incorrect URL/port configuration. | Investigate if there's a firewall between the Groundplex and the Teamcenter server. Verify the URL and port settings. |
