What is the Snap Trial feature?

The Snap Trial is a feature available in the Snap Catalog that enables you to explore the new Snap packs available on the SnapLogic Platform. The latest Snaps and Snap Packs are not enabled by default. The Snap catalog only displays those Snaps for which your Org is subscribed. At this time, only SnapLogic can enable additional Snaps. To request a subscription to this feature, contact SnapLogic CSM.

What are the benefits of Snap Trial?

It provides the ability to try and evaluate the latest Snaps and Snap Packs available on the SnapLogic Platform, which is not enabled by default within the application. This will enable you to check your requirements and discover more features added to the SnapLogic Platform.

How do I enable the Snap Trial feature in my Org?

To enable the Snap Trial feature for your Org that does not appear in your Features list, contact your CSM. After it is enabled, you can view the feature in the Features list as follows:

How do I request the Snap Trial of the new Snap Packs?

  1. In the Snap Catalog of the Designer, select the See add-on Snap Packs checkbox.

    The Request trial link is displayed as shown below:

  2. Click the Request trial link.
    An email notification will be sent to the Org admin and CSM of the Customer Org. The Trial request sent message displays. Your CSM will follow up with your Org admin and enable the Snap Pack for you.

How often are new Snap packs added?

New Snap packs are added regularly. You can check the Snap Catalog for the latest Snap Packs, as we continuously expand our selection based on trends and user interest.

How do I know when my trial period is over?

Your CSM will coordinate with you to notify you about the end of the trial period.
