If a Snaplex fails to communicate with a SnapLogic server for more than 10 minutes, then a notification is sent to the Org administrators, as shown in the following example.
A similar notification is sent if the SnapLogic control plane detects a version mismatch between the server and the Snaplex.
You can enter the email addresses for the intended recipients in Manager > Settings > Email Address for Snaplex Notification. The Snaplex notifications are sent to these email addresses.
Notifications for Hadooplexes
Hadooplex nodes are dynamically added and removed based on Pipeline load, as configured in the Snaplex settings. The Hadooplex node health notification emails are not sent by default to Org administrators. If Snaplex-level email notifications are configured for the Hadooplex, then the health notification emails are sent to the Org-level recipients' email addresses also.
