Description:

This Snap writes/updates data on a Concur server.

  • Expected upstream Snaps: CSV Generator / File Reader
  • Expected downstream Snaps:  File Writer
  • Expected input: The name of the POST/PUT/DELETE operation to be invoked along with query parameters if any.
  • Expected output: Success/Failure confirmation along with details.

Account: 

This Snap uses account references created on the Accounts page of SnapLogic Manager to handle access to this endpoint.It also caches the access token, which is enough to perform POST/PUT/DELETE operations. See Configuring Concur Accounts for information on setting up this type of account.


Views:
Input

This Snap has at most one document input view that contains query parameters to be used in the XML payload.
Note: If an input view is present then the Elements in the Settings are ignored.

OutputThis Snap has exactly one document output view that contains the result of the POST/PUT/DELETE operation performed.
ErrorThis Snap has at most one document error view and produces zero or more documents in the view.

Settings

Label



Required. The name for the Snap. You can modify this to be more specific, especially if you have more than one of the same Snap in your pipeline.

Write operation



Required. The POST/PUT/DELETE operation to be invoked. The options available include:

  • GET USER INFORMATION

Elements


Required or optional elements used to perform the operation
Note: Elements are considered only if no input view exists.

Element name


The name of the query parameter to be used in the XML payload.
Note: It is suggestible based on operation.

Element value


The value to be assigned to the query param.
Note: It can be an expression.

Snap execution

Select one of the three modes in which the Snap executes. Available options are:
  • Validate & Execute: Performs limited execution of the Snap, and generates a data preview during Pipeline validation. Subsequently, performs full execution of the Snap (unlimited records) during Pipeline runtime.
  • Execute only: Performs full execution of the Snap during Pipeline execution without generating preview data.
  • Disabled: Disables the Snap and all Snaps that are downstream from it.
