Projects contain Assets grouped by their type. You need to be an Org admin or have Write permissions to create and delete Project Assets, including Snaplexes and Snap Packs. Only the Project owner or Org Administrator can assign Project permissions.
To view Project Assets, select the Project from the left navigation menu:
