Snaps Catalog

As the building blocks of a Pipeline, Snaps perform a single complete function, such as reading, writing, or transforming data. SnapLogic Designer displays the Asset Palette on the left side of the Canvas, freeing up additional space for your Pipelines.

The Snaps catalog is a centralized repository that lists and organizes Snaps—modular, reusable connectors or components used in data integration pipelines.

Key Features of the Snaps Catalog

...

  1. Comprehensive Library: Features a collection of pre-built Snaps designed for a variety of systems, including databases like MySQL and Oracle, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, applications including Salesforce and Workday, as well as protocols like REST, SOAP, and FTP.

  2. Categorization: Snaps are organized based on their functionality, which includes categories such as data transformation, application integration, and analytics.

  3. Reusability: Users can leverage Snaps to quickly design integration workflows without writing custom code.

  4. Updates and Additions: The Snap catalog is regularly updated to include new Snaps or enhancements to existing ones, keeping it aligned with evolving business needs.

  5. Custom Snaps: In addition to pre-built Snaps, SnapLogic allows organizations to create and deploy custom Snaps for specific requirements.
