Overview

You can use this the Google Sheets Browser Snap to browse the given Google Drive folder and list the spreadsheet names matching the provided name filter. It The Snap also displays the worksheets within each spreadsheet.

Spreadsheet Google Sheets Browser Snap is a Read-type Snap that reads spreadsheets from the Google driveDrive.

Limitations

  • Inputs without any format restrictions are accepted when the expression toggle is enabled and a Pipeline parameter is provided for the following fields:
    • Number of Retries
    • Retry Interval
    • Read timeout in seconds
    • Connection timeout in seconds
  • For an expression input, the value is evaluated and accepted if it meets the expression criteria; if not, then the default value is used.
  • You will find the Snap fetching all worksheets in the output, regardless of them being either whether they are hidden or protected.

Error

Error handling is a generic way to handle errors without losing data or failing the Snap execution. You can handle the errors that the Snap might encounter while running the Pipeline by choosing one of the following options from the When errors occur list under the Views tab. The available options are:

  • Stop Pipeline Execution: Stops the current pipeline execution when the Snap encounters an error.

  • Discard Error Data and Continue: Ignores the error, discards that record, and continues with the rest of the records.

  • Route Error Data to Error View: Routes the error data to an error view without stopping the Snap execution.
