Overview

You can remove a user from an Org; however, only Org admins can remove one or more users from the IIP. Removing a user from one Org does not delete them from other Orgs. To remove a user from multiple Orgs, use an API as described in refer to User and group APIs.

When an Org admin deletes a user, that Org admin becomes the owner of the deleted user's assets. Deletion does not happen immediately. The assets are transferred first, and when that is complete, the user is removed from the Org. This can take some time for multiple users and users with many assets. While deletion is in process, the Manager Users table displays a note next to the user's name:

To remove a user from an Org using the IIPSnapLogic UI:

  1. In SnapLogic Manager, click Users in the left navigation pane.In the table, select one or more users of the main menu, select the checkbox adjacent to the user ID you want to remove from the your Org.

  2. Click the Delete () icon . The Delete dialog lists the users selected for deletion.Click Deleteand confirm the deletion in the warning message displayed. This removes the user from your Org.
