You can use this account type to connect Unix Execution Snaps with data sources that use Unix Passwordless accounts.

Account Settings

  • Asterisk ( * ): Indicates a mandatory field.

  • Suggestion icon ( ): Indicates a list that is dynamically populated based on the configuration.

  • Expression icon ( ): Indicates the value is an expression (if enabled) or a static value (if disabled). Learn more about Using Expressions in SnapLogic.

  • Add icon ( ): Indicates that you can add fields in the field set.

  • Remove icon ( ): Indicates that you can remove fields from the field set.

Specify a unique label for the account.

 

Username*

Example: johndoe

Specify the valid user name. The database connection requires a valid user name for setup. This user name can be used as a default when retrieving connections.

Hostname*

Default Value: N/A
Example: mysql-tunnel-qa.snaplogic.com

Specify the IP address or the domain name of the SSH server to which you want to connect.

SSH Port*

Default Value: 22
Example: 3306

Specify the database server's port number to which the application must connect.

Timeout (sec)*

Specify the number of seconds to wait for a connection to be available when the pool is exhausted. 

Private key file*

Specify the Private key file for authentication, which you can upload from SLDB into the account after setting up the SSH tunnel.
